Bismillah...
We are just a week to Syawal and with it, Eid al-Fitr...time flies very fast...right! and Syawal preparation must be made. I haven't been baking for considerable amount of time and prefer going the traditional route for the celebration...at least make some of our own Eid cookies or cakes. And every daughter have their own parts. Nak mulakan memanglah liat...tapi bila dah mula tak sedar dah berjenis. The taste...bolehlah...asal jangan baling kat dinding cookies tak pecah...dan rupa...tak kreatif macam yang orang jual.
As for the cakes... belum start lagi...maybe next week bergantung pada kesihatan tubuh and energy...yelah nak buat layer cake takes time around 4-5 hours depend on how thick the layers is.
